About The Position

Talent Acquisition Consultant Location: Argentina, Colombia, or Panama (Remote) Language Requirements: Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal). Portuguese is a strong plus. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for our clients across multiple regions and functions. The Role As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client engagements. You will work closely with founders, executives, hiring managers, and candidates to identify, attract, assess, and close top talent. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with approximately 5 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys partnering with high-growth companies.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or recruitment consulting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience hiring for technology, startup, fintech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.

Nice To Haves

  • Portuguese language skills.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries and regions.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar.
  • Experience hiring technical talent, including software engineers, product managers, data professionals, and GTM roles.
  • Experience working within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, RPO, or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from kickoff to offer acceptance.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for technical, commercial, operational, and leadership roles.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit criteria.
  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiations and support successful candidate closings.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner for clients.
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, compensation benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.
  • Deliver regular hiring updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Help clients improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate data within ATS platforms.
  • Prepare candidate reports and interview summaries.
  • Track hiring metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and best practices.
