We're looking for an Expert Talent Acquisition Consultant who is passionate about building high-performing teams and partnering closely with the business to attract exceptional talent. This role will help scale Veradigm's Raleigh operations by identifying, engaging, and hiring the talent that will power our next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 8 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally supporting technology or professional roles, with 3+ years in a Senior level role
  • Workday ATS experience is highly preferred
  • Experience recruiting in Health IT SaaS industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively source and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets
  • A consultative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for building teams that make a real impact

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies to support Veradigm's continued growth
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using creative sourcing strategies, market insights, and strong candidate engagement
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring best practices
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Veradigm's culture and values
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in recruiting processes and hiring outcomes
  • Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines by leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted social media campaigns to identify passive and active candidates for highly specialized technical and non-technical roles.
  • Conduct structured initial interviews to rigorously evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, depth of experience, and alignment with team culture — ensuring only top-tier talent advances in the process.
  • Partner closely with leads and hiring managers to craft compelling, precise job descriptions, define role requirements, and design assessments that accurately reflect the demands of each position.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey — managing timely communication, coordinating complex interview schedules, and delivering constructive feedback to uphold an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Drive end-to-end offer management and strategic negotiations that balance candidate expectations with internal equity and budget parameters.
  • Leverage ATS platforms to track and analyze key recruitment metrics — including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, and source effectiveness — using data insights to continuously optimize hiring strategies.
