About The Position

The Take-Out team member supports great guest experiences by ensuring dishes are prepared according to guests’ specifications, inspecting plates for portion and presentation, and organizing and delivering dishes to guests. The role also includes setting up and stocking products for each shift, maintaining backup storage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools. Team members assist guests, handle complaints using the AIM approach (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management), communicate clearly, and work collaboratively in a guest-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

High school education.
Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia.

Responsibilities

Visually inspect plates before delivery, verifying portion, presentation, and guests’ specifications.
Manage food delivery activities, including setting up and stocking products for each shift and maintaining backup storage.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain the slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools.
Organize and deliver dishes to guests.
