Pacific Catch is seeking Take-Out Team Members who provide first-class service and hospitality to Guests. Requirements

• A high school education is required.
• Must be able to stand and maintain well-paced mobility for periods of up to five hours.
• Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Weekend availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality or other degrees are a plus.
• At least one year of restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the take-out/expeditor area clean and free of unnecessary items.
• Check orders for completion and accuracy, including to-go orders and table numbers.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff when an order is incorrect or missing items.
• Know the ingredients and components of food and beverage items and help Guests find additional information when needed.
• Prioritize Guest requests and manage a heavy workload.
