About The Position

The Take-Out role earns $13.50 per hour plus tips at this location. The position focuses on providing great guest experiences by ensuring dishes are prepared according to guest specifications and delivered with care. The company seeks enthusiastic, motivated, team-oriented individuals who value a caring culture and opportunities to build relationships, discover food and drink, and grow personally and professionally. Team members inspect dishes before delivery for portion, presentation, and conformity to guest specifications; prepare, organize, and deliver orders; stock products and maintain backup storage; and clean and maintain the slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools. They communicate clearly, assist guests, handle complaints using the AIM approach (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management), and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Guest-service and guest-relations skills.
Ability to multitask and focus on guests.
Ability to handle guest complaints using the AIM approach.
Food Handler Card for applicable listed states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia.

Responsibilities

Visually inspect plates before delivery to verify portions, presentation, and guest specifications.
Handle food delivery tasks, including setting up and stocking products for each shift and maintaining backup storage.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain the slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools.
Organize and deliver dishes to guests.
Address difficult situations and guest complaints using AIM: Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and explain information effectively.
Assist guests and provide strong guest relations while remaining guest-focused and multitasking.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
