About The Position
The Take-Out Specialist provides friendly, organized service in a dynamic restaurant environment. The role focuses on making each guest’s experience memorable by prioritizing hospitality, teamwork, attention to service details, and knowledge of CPK’s food and drinks. Specialists maintain detailed knowledge of menu items and packaging, handle guest orders across several channels, and prepare orders for pickup.

Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, detailed knowledge of new and existing menu items and their packaging.
- Capture walk-in and phone orders.
- Partner with third-party delivery companies and facilitate online orders.
- Collect payment, provide accurate quote times, and prepare orders for pickup.
- Monitor the designated curbside area for guests who have parked their automobiles.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service and work as part of the team to serve guests.
