About The Position

Pacific Catch is seeking Take-Out Team Members who provide first-class service and hospitality to Guests. Team Members are expected to reflect the company’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards in their work and interactions with Guests and colleagues. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Weekly hours may vary, and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is required. Compensation is $19.70 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritize, and remember Guest requests.
• Weekend availability is required.
• High school education is required.
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to five hours.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality or other degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant or customer service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the take-out and expeditor area clean and free of unnecessary items.
• Check orders for completion and accuracy, including to-go orders and table numbers.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff when an order is incorrect or missing items.
• Know the ingredients and components of Pacific Catch food and beverage items, and help Guests find additional information when needed.
• Prioritize Guest requests and manage a heavy workload.
• Work well under pressure with other restaurant Team Members.
• Uphold Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards.
