About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor / Guard for a site in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The role is full-time on a flexible schedule, working second shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday through Tuesday. The supervisor oversees second-shift officers on designated days and helps protect people and property by patrolling sensitive areas, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and documenting actions. The position requires a valid driver's license, and applicants must be at least 21 years old. Physical ability is essential, including standing and walking throughout the shift. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state security license if required.

Nice To Haves

• Security supervisor experience is preferred.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Supervise second-shift officers on designated days.

• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
