About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Guard for a site in Avondale, Arizona. The role requires keen observation to assess the environment, anticipate risks, and respond appropriately. The officer will patrol sensitive areas and other environments, verify identities and control access, respond to alarms and incidents, and help protect people and property. The schedule is Wednesday 11 p.m.–5 a.m. and Thursday through Saturday 5 p.m.–5 a.m., for 42 hours per week. The hourly wage is $28. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold an Armed Guard Card.
• Have security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
