About The Position

The Tableau and Snowflake Lead will drive data visualization and analytics initiatives, transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The role leads the design, development, and implementation of Tableau dashboards and reports, collaborates with cross-functional teams to align data requirements with business objectives, and uses Snowflake for data warehousing and management. The Lead also mentors junior team members, trains stakeholders in data visualization, troubleshoots performance issues, and stays current with developments in analytics technologies.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of experience.
• Expertise in Tableau, including calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard actions.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a data analytics team.

Responsibilities
