About The Position

The Table Games Supervisor oversees the operation of an assigned number of gaming tables and directly supervises an assigned number of dealers. The role ensures fills and credits are handled according to policy, promotes positive guest relations, and assists with guest questions or disputes. The supervisor applies knowledge of the Casino Control Act and related regulations, along with Horseshoe’s internal controls, policies, and procedures. The role also supports a positive department culture by encouraging mutual respect, open communication, associate training and development, and outstanding guest service.

Requirements

Thorough knowledge of game supervision and casino rules, procedures, and regulations.
At least 1 year of experience as a Dealer.
Ability to obtain appropriate work authorization under gaming regulations.
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working in the assigned area.
Ability to stand for the majority of the assigned shift.
