About The Position
Magnolia Bluffs Casino is hiring a Table Games Supervisor to help provide guests with customer service and a quality gaming experience. The position reports directly to the Senior Casino Shift Manager and supervises table games, including monitoring guest action, maintaining table bankrolls and supplies, and ensuring compliance with applicable gaming laws and regulations. The supervisor also handles guest and team-member complaints, serves as a casino host, and coordinates with other shifts and departments. Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC covers the license cost, and travel to Jackson, Mississippi, is mandatory for the licensing process.
Requirements
- Math skills.
- Communication, leadership, and judgment skills.
- Training and practical knowledge of the table games to be supervised.
- Working knowledge of Colorado Gaming Laws and Regulations and Title 31 as they relate to table games.
- Colorado Support License required.
- Prior supervisory experience is essential.

Responsibilities
- Track guest action on table games.
- Maintain gaming knowledge of games in the pit, including craps, blackjack, and roulette.
- Order fills and credits to properly maintain table bankrolls.
- Handle complaints from team members and guests.
- Act as a guest relations representative and host for the casino.
- Change cards as necessary.
- Keep tables free of debris and supplies and clean ashtrays for guests.
- Accommodate guests according to comp guidelines.
- Adjust table minimums and maximums to maximize profit potential.
- Supervise table games and monitor cheat resistance.
- Keep the games manager informed of pertinent information.
- Maintain communication and cooperation with other shifts and departments.
- Assist in developing and evaluating department policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies and procedures are implemented.
- Maintain adequate levels of gaming supplies in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado Gaming Laws and Regulations and Title 31 regulations.
