About The Position

The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all table games offered by Grand Lake Casino. The position is part-time and non-exempt, located at Grand Lake Casino properties in Grove, Oklahoma, with a second (evening) shift designation. The pay rate is $7.50 per hour.

The dealer provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service while following applicable table game policies, procedures, rules, and confidentiality requirements. The position may involve additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a live audition and/or math test.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of table games rules and regulations.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with fellow team members, management, and guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license and a state-issued ID.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening with negative results.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a casino environment with high levels of smoke, dust, noise, and bright flashing lights.

Responsibilities

• Accurately deal all table games offered by Grand Lake Casino.
• Pay winnings and collect losing bets according to the rules and procedures for each game.
• Open and close games.
• Perform fills and credits for games.
• Inspect cards and game equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
• Promote positive customer service relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Comply with all table games policies, procedures, and rules.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
• Refer to and follow existing Grand Lake Casino policies when necessary.
