About The Position

The Table Games Dealer is a Team Member of the Table Games team and a CRCR Ambassador who takes personal ownership of actions that support the business. The role operates assigned casino games, handles chips and cards, manages bets and payouts, and helps create an enjoyable gaming atmosphere for players. The dealer provides guest service, follows table games policies and internal controls, communicates with supervisors, and supports the security and smooth operation of the gaming floor. The position may involve dealing games such as blackjack, poker variants, or baccarat.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Completion of a dealer training program provided by the casino or an external institution.
Strong mathematical knowledge to calculate odds, probabilities, and payouts accurately.
Manual dexterity to handle cards, chips, and equipment precisely.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
Engage with players in a friendly and professional manner, explain game rules, and maintain a positive and entertaining atmosphere.
Follow Table Games policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Communicate with supervisors about issues and help maintain smooth gaming-floor operations.
Exchange currency for gaming chips and ensure wagers stay within table limits.
Confirm bets are properly placed before dealing; shuffle and deal accurately and efficiently; handle chips precisely; and present hands clearly.
Pay winning bets and collect losing bets while safeguarding game security and integrity.
Call for service or rulings when necessary.
Verify and deposit game-related paperwork in the drop box and pass game-related information to the incoming dealer.
Deal and manage casino games, including blackjack, poker variants, or baccarat, according to established rules and procedures.
Make prompt, sound decisions, particularly under pressure.
Interact sensitively with players from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Handle multiple tasks during busy periods, assess situations, anticipate potential issues, and develop effective solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
