We’re looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across US & LATAM while driving TA Operations excellence. This is a high-impact role at the core of how we scale our business -combining data, strategy, and strong business partnership to shape how we attract, assess, and hire top talent in highly competitive markets. You’ll lead a high-performing team of TA Business Partners, work closely with senior business leaders, and directly influence hiring strategy, workforce decisions, and quality of hire outcomes across the region.
