We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in commercial advertising production environments. Requirements
- Experience in project management within a commercial advertising or production environment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (this is not a managerial role)

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project workflows across multiple productions
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain high standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and stakeholders
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving forward
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project participants
