About The Position

This role will be critical in strengthening Priceline’s presence in LATAM by ensuring high-quality execution, strong client relationships, and consistent revenue growth in the region. In this role you will get to: Own and manage a portfolio of LATAM advertiser accounts as well as select East Coast key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong client relationships. Lead client communication in Spanish, including performance updates, campaign reviews, and day-to-day correspondence. Ensure campaigns deliver against client goals, KPIs, and contractual commitments. Identify and drive upsell, renewal, and growth opportunities within existing accounts. Partner with the operations team to oversee campaign execution from launch through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Translate client needs into clear internal briefs, aligning on targeting, creatives, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identifying risks and driving optimizations. Deliver reporting and performance insights, translating data into actionable recommendations for clients. Coordinate across Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Finance to manage workflows, timelines, and issue resolution. Act as the LATAM market expert, ensuring culturally relevant communication and high-quality client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field
  • 3–6 years of experience in account management, digital media, advertising, or client services
  • Experience managing digital campaigns (display, programmatic, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and reporting workflows
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with LATAM-based clients or markets is preferred
  • Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and CMS tools is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate performance into actionable insights
  • Experience working with ad tech tools is a plus
