Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience in the IT field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Servers and MS Exchange Servers.
  • Familiarity with VMWare.
  • Proficiency in supporting HP or Dell hardware.
  • Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with Active Directory for user setups and authentications.
  • Windows 7/XP support.
  • Good understanding of network concepts.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical assistance and support for various computer systems, software, and hardware-related issues.
  • Respond to inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Create comprehensive training manuals and train users to enhance their technical skills.
  • Maintain optimal performance of computer systems.
  • Address email requests for help.
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process with patience and expertise.
  • Install, modify, and repair hardware and software.
  • Clean up and run diagnostic programs to resolve technical issues.
  • Tackle problems related to Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
  • Install computer peripherals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback, ultimately ensuring a seamless technical experience for all users.
