Requirements

Minimum of an associate's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
1 year in the IT field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Servers and MS Exchange Servers.
Proficiency in supporting HP or Dell hardware.
Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and printers.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
Experience with Active Directory for user setups and authentications.
Experience with Windows 7/XP support.
Good understanding of network concepts.
Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with VMWare.
Familiarity with overall IT department operations.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical assistance and support for various computer systems, software, and hardware-related issues.
Respond to inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Create comprehensive training manuals and train users to enhance their technical skills.
Maintain optimal performance of computer systems.
Address email requests for help.
Guide customers through the problem-solving process with patience and expertise.
Install, modify, and repair hardware and software.
Clean up and run diagnostic programs to resolve technical issues.
Tackle problems related to Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
Install computer peripherals.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
