About The Position

The Systems Coordinator assists with installation, maintenance, and general systems support, including helping users resolve questions or problems and potentially supporting system backups, recovery, and software installation. The role is responsible for operational system integrity and setup and control, and supports the facility’s Warehouse Management System (WMS). It works with management and operations staff to improve facility layout, system efficiency, inventory control, and site performance. The position also involves project development and implementation, analyzing system discrepancies and producing reports, diagnosing end-user device issues, resolving system issues with customer host representatives, and developing training materials and user guides.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of WMS experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in report writing; proficiency in report writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
• Assist users with questions or problems.
• May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.
• Maintain operational system integrity, including setup and control.
• Facilitate the site Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist management with facility layout and design to efficiently utilize the WMS.
• Develop and implement projects.
• Monitor the WMS for inventory management control.
• Interface with operations staff to maximize system efficiencies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site performance systemically.
• Analyze system discrepancies and generate reports as necessary.
• May write Crystal programs as required to support the total network.
• Work with customer host representatives to identify and resolve system issues.
• Diagnose complex end-user device issues and recommend and document resolution processes.
• Develop and maintain system training materials and user guides.
