About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Systems Coordinator to assist with the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. The role supports users with questions or problems and may assist with system backups, recovery, and software installation.

The Systems Coordinator is responsible for operational system integrity, including setup and control, and facilitates the site’s Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role supports facility layout and design to use the WMS efficiently, develops and implements projects, monitors WMS-based inventory management, and works with operations staff to improve system efficiency. The coordinator also monitors site performance, analyzes system discrepancies, generates reports, may write Crystal programs, works with customer host representatives to resolve system issues, diagnoses complex end-user device problems, and develops and maintains system training materials and guides.

This is an onsite, first-shift role working Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $21.90 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of WMS experience.
• Proficiency in report writing, with 1–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
• Assist users with questions or problems.
• May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.
• Maintain operational system integrity, including setup and control.
• Facilitate the site’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist management with facility layout and design to efficiently utilize the WMS.
• Develop and implement projects.
• Monitor the WMS for inventory management control.
• Work with operations staff to maximize system efficiencies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site performance systemically.
• Analyze system discrepancies and generate reports as necessary.
• May write Crystal programs to support the success of the total network.
• Work with customer host representatives to identify and resolve system issues.
• Diagnose complex end-user device issues and recommend and document resolution processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides for using the system.
