Leads and/or participates in projects within one or more functional areas within Default Servicing (internally known as Customer Asset Management (CAM)) and represents these areas in cross-functional, visible projects involving business partners outside of CAM. The role involves serving as a resource in a defined area of CAM, representing business practices and interests in various projects with internal and external stakeholders. It requires interaction with business partners across various platforms to leverage technology, system enhancements, and projects, while also representing inclusive needs for all aspects of default servicing. The position also entails developing and producing non-routine departmental reports and spreadsheets, conducting non-routine analysis and judgment-based work, and drafting/editing procedures. Support for departmental audits, user certifications, and compliance testing is also a key part of the role, as is leading and participating in the planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes. Additionally, the role involves providing departmental system support and adhering to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards.
