About The Position

The Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and data integrity of the Cerner system. Under general direction, the role uses advanced analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of Cerner HNA tools to provide production maintenance, including design, build, testing, and documentation. Additional duties include project installation support, documented process-flow improvements, ability/profile building, application training and education, post-installation support, end-user support and communication, computer operations support, and participation in future application implementations or enhancements.

Requirements

At least five years of experience with healthcare information systems and technology.
Experience in progressively responsible system analysis assignments.
Strong customer service, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a dynamically changing environment without constant supervisory oversight.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently.
College degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Six or more years of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with methods to support process re-engineering.

Responsibilities
