About The Position
The Registrar/Switchboard Operator is responsible for customer service, registration of all ancillary departments and answering a multi-line phone. This is a part-time, as-needed position with a variable schedule, suitable for individuals seeking flexible work hours, such as college students or retirees. The role involves greeting visitors, managing phone calls, paging, transferring calls, announcing codes, and registering patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of office/clerical support or experience working with the public
