About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking a Switchboard Operator at its Phoenix, Arizona Service Center. The operator answers a high volume of incoming calls—approximately 800 to 1,000 per day—in a professional and timely manner. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Pleasant and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Answer approximately 800 to 1,000 incoming calls per day in a professional and timely manner.
