About The Position

The Switchboard Operator is the first point of contact for telephone support for customers. The role operates the switchboard console to relay incoming, outgoing, and internal phone calls and assists the Customer Service department with clerical responsibilities. This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.

Requirements

• Education equivalent to a high school education.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to work both in a team atmosphere and independently.

• Pleasant voice and ability to project a courteous, professional, and patient image over the phone.
