About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a surveillance security professional to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role is based in Neenah, Wisconsin, and involves maintaining the safety of people and property at the assigned premises. The schedule is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday, from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. The hourly wage is $22. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process; employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
