About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor to monitor security systems and help identify and respond to threats before they escalate. The role involves working in a surveillance environment, such as a security operations center, and protecting people and property. The position is located in Eagan, Minnesota, and follows a full-time, Monday-through-Friday first-shift schedule from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have security experience.
• Have prior leadership and supervisory experience in security or the military/law-enforcement field.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
