About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a surveillance security role in Neenah, Wisconsin. The position monitors security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats, documents events, responds to incidents, patrols premises, controls access, and helps protect people and property. The position is full-time on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., at $22 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
