About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor to monitor security systems and help identify and address threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. The position is based in Eagan, Minnesota, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the first shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage is $24. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have security experience.
• Have prior leadership and supervisory experience in security or in the military or law enforcement field.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
