About The Position

This role provides daily supervision, training, and coaching to the Surveillance team. The Supervisor observes the facility through pan, zoom, and tilt cameras, recording all pertinent activity on the Surveillance system. They are responsible for detecting cheating, theft, and other illegal activities, and preparing daily logs of all activity. This position also involves monitoring security radio transmissions, Slots Management, and coordinating responses to hold-up alarms, while providing exceptional customer service and working safely.

Requirements

Must possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Must be able to transfer video clips to CD’s or hard drives
Must be able to operate digital systems
Must possess good analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and receive a license from the Missouri Gaming Commission
Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire
Must be able to learn specific job duties and complete detailed work assignments and maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques
Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Responsibilities

Provide daily supervision, training, coaching to the Surveillance team
Observe the facility through the pan, zoom, and tilt cameras and record all pertinent activity on the Surveillance system
Record and report questionable activity for review
Conduct observations of the gaming areas, as directed
Responsible for the detection of cheating, theft, and other illegal activities
Prepare daily logs of all pertinent activity
Log and mark video clips and store them in one of several repositories on the Surveillance system
Observe the facility entrances, the cashiers' cage, vaults, and count rooms
Observe and verify chip fills and kiosk cassette fills
Make timely notification to appropriate management, supervisors, and the Division of Gaming Enforcement
Monitor Security radio transmissions
Monitor Slots Management
Coordinate response to hold-up alarms
Provide exceptional customer service
Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests
Follow all relevant policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
