About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a surveillance security role in Nashville, Tennessee. The position involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify threats and suspicious activity before situations escalate. The officer may work in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, and helps protect people and property through monitoring, reporting, response, patrols, and access control. The schedule is full time, Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., at $20.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
