About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Agent to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, while helping protect people and property. The position is based in Livonia, Michigan, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.16. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents in detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.

• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
