Marshall Investigative Group (MIG) is hiring Surveillance Agents to conduct stationary and mobile surveillance across the country. Agents investigate insurance claims involving monetary, bodily injury, theft, and property damage by observing claimants and documenting their activities. The role offers an opportunity to build experience in surveillance and security. Full-time employees are required to travel, potentially within their investigative region, to meet full-time hours and client needs. The position involves observing and conducting surveillance for 8–10 hours per day, with weekend work as needed. Agents must follow established protocols and legal and regulatory requirements, maintain a discreet presence, use surveillance equipment and technology, and prepare accurate, detailed reports with supporting documentation within 48 hours of surveillance completion. The role requires independence, sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information. MIG states that hourly rates, flexible day scheduling benefits, and expense and mileage reimbursements exceed industry standards. Training, licensing, and testing fees are covered. Comprehensive benefits are available for full-time agents. MIG is an equal opportunity employer and states that it does not discriminate on the listed protected grounds.
