About The Position

The Surveillance Agent observes gaming and property activity, including cashiering and slot operations, cash handling, and count rooms. The role uses surveillance equipment to identify, respond to, and record questionable activity, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting illegal or unusual activity. The agent is expected to promote guest service and a positive organizational culture, complete ongoing training, and perform other duties as assigned. The position involves working in a secluded, enclosed environment for extended periods, working various shifts and flexible hours, and working in a smoking environment while following company health and safety measures.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED, Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED), or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Openness and receptiveness to learning new methods.
• Strong reading, listening, writing, and visual skills, and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in surveillance camera operation.
• Ability to observe and report objectively.
• Ability to work in a secluded, enclosed environment for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Willingness to work in a smoking environment.
• Willingness to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in surveillance, investigations, or the gaming industry.
• CCTV experience.

• Use necessary surveillance equipment to respond to, identify, and record questionable activities.
• Digitally record activities in the casino, count rooms, slot booths, cashier cages, and back-of-house areas, and report illegal and unusual activity.
• Complete training on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
