Surveillance Officer- On Call (Harrah's Atlantic City)
About The Position
The Surveillance Officer maintains surveillance of designated areas and activities, records irregular activity as required, and participates in the supervision, operation, or support of Harrah’s multi-casino Bad Beat system. The role requires providing friendly, respectful, and understandable service to internal guests; communicating accurate and timely information; and cooperating with employees across departments. The position pays $20.00 per hour and requires a New Jersey CER license. Before employment in the Surveillance Department, the employee must sign an acknowledgement of the applicable regulatory requirements under N.J.A.C. 19:45 1.11(c)(2).
Requirements
- Knowledge of games and casino rules, procedures, and administration.
- Knowledge of camera equipment and required methods of operation and recording.
- Knowledge of game-cheating methods and related illegal activities.
- New Jersey CER license required.
Responsibilities

- Cooperate with employees within the department and across other departments.
- Speak positively about the company, co-workers, and guests.
- Sign an acknowledgement of the regulatory requirements under N.J.A.C. 19:45 1.11(c)(2) before employment in the Surveillance Department.
