Security Officer - Full Time (Harrah's Atlantic City)
About The Position
The Security Officer provides security and safety services at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City. The role enforces company security and safety regulations, guards the transfer of money and chips from the Change Booth to the Main Cage, and performs security- and safety-related duties throughout the Casino Hotel. The officer represents the company and property to ensure casino regulations are followed. The position also operates motorized vehicles, such as a company van. The officer consistently provides superior customer service by maintaining a positive attitude, greeting guests warmly, anticipating needs, delivering prompt service, checking satisfaction, resolving service issues, promoting Caesars Rewards, and thanking guests for visiting. The stated pay is $19.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, regardless of weather conditions.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain certification.
- NJ CER license required.
Nice To Haves
- Public relations or casino security experience is desirable.
- Valid New Jersey State driver’s license preferred.
