About The Position

As a Surveillance Associate at DraftKings, you will provide remote security services for retail sportsbooks, lottery fulfillment operations, and office locations. You will help maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff by monitoring sportsbook activity and personnel, operating access control and CCTV technology, reviewing and archiving video evidence, and watching for suspicious activity, fraud, theft, and system malfunctions. The role also involves supporting team training and working with local law enforcement and gaming authorities as needed to promote safety and compliance. The position follows a 12-hour rotating schedule that may include evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. A gaming license may be required as a condition of employment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security or remote surveillance experience, or a degree in Criminal Justice.
Experience with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays, on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
Ability to obtain required gaming license(s).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center.

Responsibilities
