About The Position

Aloe Surgical Center is seeking a motivated Certified Surgical Technologist with sterile processing experience to join their team. Aloe Surgical Center is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. The Surgical Technologist will scrub for surgical procedures under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, demonstrating competence as a member of the surgical team. This role involves preparing and maintaining supplies, instruments, and equipment related to surgical procedures, supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center, and participating in quality improvement activities. Experience supporting specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, and Urology is required.

Requirements

Certified Surgical Technologist
Sterile processing experience
Experience supporting in the following specialties: Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology.

Responsibilities

Scrubs for surgical procedures.
Demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team.
Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments, and equipment related to surgical procedures.
Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
