Requirements

• Have 2 or more years of experience as a professional groomer.
• Demonstrate expertise in modern grooming practices, knowledge of animal behavior, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Have a passion for pets and grooming.
• Be physically able to handle pets of all sizes.
• Show eagerness to grow a client base and contribute to the team.
• Be comfortable using technology to enhance the pet parent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Fear Free, HABRI, or Low-Stress Handling certification.
• Experience grooming cats.
• Continuing education or certifications in pet grooming.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional grooming services tailored to each pet’s needs.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication.
• Apply advanced grooming techniques, including contemporary cuts, coloring, and styling.
• Collaborate with veterinary, daycare, and retail teams to enhance the overall pet care experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and promote all center services.
