About The Position
Serenity Hospice Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to provide care and services to patients as needed in the Ocean/Monmouth County area of New Jersey. The role supports the organization’s mission to alleviate pain and symptoms, foster calmness and harmony, and encourage appreciation of family, friends, and life experiences. The position offers $20 per hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Overtime opportunities are available. Training and benefits are offered.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in New Jersey.
- Have dependable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospice experience.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in the facility as needed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Follow care plans and deliver a high level of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate with patients and their families.
