About The Position

Ferrellgas is hiring a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Drivers operate local routes and are generally home every night, while serving as a professional, friendly representative of the company in their communities. The role includes operating propane trucks and equipment according to Department of Transportation and company safety standards, completing vehicle inspections and delivery logs, and helping customers with delivery, account, and propane-safety questions. Drivers also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and may include commission or incentive pay, subject to role and plan eligibility.

Requirements

• Previous truck driving experience is preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain them quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
