About The Position

The trained Surgical Technologist, under the direct supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite. Cooper’s Camden Campus surgical environment includes 30 operating rooms and more than 70 surgeries each day, with a fast-paced, high-tech setting and complex cases. Surgical services is growing, offering opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists.
• Hold a Certified Surgical Technologist credential administered by the NBSTSA or its successor, or another nationally recognized credentialing organization such as NCCT.
• Weekend, holiday, and call rotation is required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of Surgical Technologist experience is preferred.

Benefits

• Sign-on bonus of up to $4,000, subject to certification and commitment terms. The posting lists a two-year commitment bonus of $4,000 for full-time or $2,000 for part-time, and a one-year commitment bonus of $2,000 for full-time or $1,000 for part-time. Offer valid through December 31, 2026.
