About The Position

We're looking for Support Workers in the Inverness area. As a Support Worker with Cera, you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide. You will be supporting male clients who may have physical or learning disabilities, and you will support them in their day-to-day activities in and outside of the home to enable them to live a more independent and sociable life. The role may include elements of personal care. We are looking for individuals who are kind and compassionate, patient and friendly. No experience is required and full training is given.

Nice To Haves

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (through work-based learning)

Responsibilities

Supporting male clients who may have physical or learning disabilities.
Supporting clients in their day-to-day activities in and outside of the home.
Enabling clients to live a more independent and sociable life.
Accompanying clients to activities and social events.
Encouraging clients to build their own social network and interact with families and friends.
Maintaining client independence and promoting a safe, healthy, and secure living environment.
Assisting with all aspects of daily living, which may include personal care.
