About The Position

The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and department-specific administrative and/or production processes as assigned by management. This role involves supporting tasks to completion, escalating issues, researching solutions, and responding to client/vendor/customer requests via various communication channels. The associate will also work proactively with department staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely, and identify improvements for efficiency and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to work onsite in the Carrollton, TX office as requested by management.
  • Maximum number of hours that can be worked weekly is 25.
  • High school or equivalent required.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, required.
  • Principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
  • Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)

Nice To Haves

  • Some college course work in real estate preferred.
  • Some experience in real estate, financial services, mortgage servicing or vendor management preferred.
  • Some experience to which they are assigned is preferred (e.g., REO Sales, Accounting, Title, Closing, and Preservation/Repair.)

Responsibilities

  • Support with tasks or administrative assignments to completion as appropriate
  • Escalate issues to proper department or supervisor as applicable
  • Research solutions when necessary to complete the task
  • Respond to client’s/vendor’s/customer’s requests or questions as assigned via phone, email, portal or fax
  • Work proactively with department staff to complete tasks accurately and timely.
  • Support with identifying improvements to ensure efficiency and quality metrics are met.
  • Other functions, duties, and tasks as assigned
