About The Position

The Baltimore Montessori Locust Point is hiring a Support Teacher to assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime. The role helps maintain a safe, positive learning environment and supports children’s learning, development, and well-being. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Completed 90-hour Infant/Toddler MSDE certification.
Ability to work 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with toddlers; experience with additional age groups is a plus.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
