About The Position

The Support Associate works both in the back of the house and on the sales floor, managing inventory processes that support a smooth customer experience. The role includes processing shipments, moving merchandise from the stockroom, and keeping products organized and available. The associate also helps uphold brand standards, supports visual merchandising, and contributes to a positive, collaborative team culture while delivering hospitality-focused customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Responsibilities

• Intake, store, and ticket merchandise to support replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Keep the team informed about inventory needs.
