About The Position

CocoNene is hiring a Cashier & Store Support Associate at International Market Place in Waikīkī. The role focuses on providing friendly, accurate checkout service, carefully wrapping purchases, processing shipping orders, and helping keep the store stocked and clean. The position includes paid training and does not involve floor selling or individual sales goals. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Dependability, friendliness, and attention to detail.
• A steady work pace and willingness to learn.
• Comfort with cash handling, hands-on tasks, and cleaning.
• Availability for at least one weekend day.
• Availability to work some or all of the listed holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Eve and Day.
• Ability to perform active work involving extended standing and walking, including shifts of six or more hours, bending, reaching, stocking, and handling small product pieces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items require assistance.
• Ability to safely use ladders and step stools for stocking and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Ring up purchases, share promotions, and thank guests warmly.
• Process shipping orders and carefully wrap purchases for travel.
• Check in deliveries, restock products, assemble pieces, and fill inserts.
• Keep checkout areas, displays, floors, windows, and the team restroom clean.
• Help open and close registers after training.
• Safeguard cash, guest information, and assigned keys.
• Report supply needs, damage, or other concerns.
