About The Position

CocoNene is hiring a Sales Associate at its Whalers Village location. This role combines hospitality, product knowledge, and attentive guest service in a fun, warm, efficient, and professional environment. The Sales Associate helps guests discover meaningful, locally made products and shares the work of Hawai‘i artists. The role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people and takes pride in representing Made in Hawai‘i products.

Compensation is $20–$22+ per hour, consisting of base pay plus bonus. The position offers opportunities to build skills in service, communication, storytelling, teamwork, and retail operations, with opportunities for growth.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and most holidays.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and with aloha.

• Help guests personalize gifts and find meaningful items.

• Operate the register and handle cash.
