About The Position

TravisMathew is a premium apparel brand inspired by Southern California and focused on lifestyle performance apparel. The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture within the retail store to help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role involves serving clients, supporting repeat business, maintaining product knowledge, participating in store initiatives, and contributing to a welcoming, organized, and productive retail environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the store floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for all in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the front of house and stock space.
